Electrical control system of BDC project in SAIC Maxus

SAIC Maxus is newly building a BDC storage buffer, and 2 old BDC need change, they all have 6 * 10 roller beds. The project has 4 sets of AB Logix 5000 PLC and over 10 DeviceNet network.

 

 Hardware: AB Logix 5000 PLC, Panel View HMI, ArmorStart, DeviceNet network, SEW MoviTrac inverter.

 

Software: Rslogix, Rslinx, Factorytalk,Motionstudio.
