Designing and commissioning of robotic vision system of Fotile gas valve project
 The position of the part in the conveying belt is judged through industrial Cognex camera,which notifying robot's way to get the location,and then the robot automatically take up the part.
 
Hardware: Siemens S7-300, ET200pro, ProfiNet, KuKa6 axisal robot,Cognex industrial camera, MP277 touch screen, FESTO gas circuit device.
Software:Step7 V5.5 SP2, Winccflexible2008 SP4, VisionPro.
