AS21 stacker crane system in Lingang of SAIC

It is SAIC’s first time to use stacker crane, the system is used to storage pallet with which mount engine. The crane is Mias 3-axis RBG, there are speed encoder and laser encoder in each axis. The project also contains roller beds, Pickup, Lifter and other facilities. we make the design and commissiong of the system and also develop the master computer program.

 

 Hardware: AB Logix6653S, DeviceNet, Powerflex755 frequency converter, Sick lasr encoder,safety device.

Software:  C#，SQL Server, Rslogix, Rslinx, Networx, Factorytalk, Drivetools
