T22/EX welding line for Zotye Auto

The scope includes body side, underbody, assembly, Gate station. The producing speed is 30JPH. We make PLC program design and commissioning, also we improve the sicar standard as its first use.

 Electrical Standard：SICAR

Hardware: Siemens CPU317F,TP1200,KuKa robot, ProfiNet，SEW driver,SMC valve terminal，Sickand euchner safety equipment.

Software：Step7 V5.5, Porta TIA, SEW movitools, Sick CDS.
